Itinerary
Day 1 - Murchison Falls
Meet and greet at 0500hrs and drive through the famous Luweero triangle to Masindi. Through Kichumbanyobo gate, enter Murchison Falls National Park for check in and lunch. In the evening enjoy the stunning views from the top of the falls where the Nile creates a beautiful rainbow and tremendous roar.
Day 2 - Paraa
Breakfast at 0500hrs followed by 0530hrs drive to Paraa to catch the first ferry to cross to the game drive sites. Here you will have an opportunity to see Water buck, Kob, Impala, Oribis, Elephant, Giraffe, Buffalo, Lion and much more. At 1300hrs return to Paraa for an exciting boat trip in search for aquatic flora and fauna to the bottom of Murchison falls and the emerging famous Uhuru falls. Return to the lodge for supper.
Day 3 - Pabidi / Kibale Forest
Early morning depart to Pabidi for Chimpanzee trekking followed by travel to Kibale Forest enjoying lunch en route. Arrive Kibale for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4 - Queen Elizabeth National Park / Kazinga Channel
After breakfast you will enjoy a morning of Chimpanzee trekking taking you to lunch time. During the afternoon you will travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park arriving late in the evening. The evening is yours to relax and enjoy the lodge facilities. Dinner at the lodge in usually served in the moonlight overlooking the famous Kazinga Channel.
Day 5 - Queen Elizabeth National Park
Early morning game drive with the beautiful Rwenzori mountains forming a backdrop. This grants an opportunity to see Lion, Buffalo, Deffasa water buck, Leopard, Bush buck, Uganda kob, Hyena, as well as enjoying the great topographic design of Queen Elizabeth National Park with its tropical forests, rivers, swamps, lakes, and volcanic craters. Following a relaxing lunch and dinner at the lodge you will spend the evening cruising along the Kazinga channel into Lake Edward. Along the shores you will experience large numbers of hippo and an extensive range of bird life. Return to the lodge for supper.
Day 6 - Kyambura Gorge / Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
After breakfast go to Kyambura Gorge for Chimpanzee trekking taking you up to lunch time. Following lunch you will proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest where you will check in, refresh and retire in the cool of the day.
Day 7 - Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
After breakfast you will spend the morning Gorilla tracking in the forest, taking you up to lunch time. Following a well-deserved rest and lunch break you will continue to track these great African primates. A truly amazing day. Return to lodge for dinner.
Day 8 - Kampala
Return to Kampala at ease, dinner and overnight
